At Zabardo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [customer support email zabardosales@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
- Include a copy of your order receipt or packing slip inside the package.
- Do not return it via the address on the package. Once we have received a Return Request we will forward the correct shipping address for you to post the package back to us, this way we can assure you that we will receive it. You will need to use a trackable shipping method… Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded, if it was paid shipping or free shipping the cost will be deducted.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Lingerie, Underwear, Bodysuits, Pierced Jewelry, Pet Products, Beauty Products, Personalized Products, Digital Downloads.
Late or missing refunds:
We will notify you as soon as your return is processed, however, please note that payment portals, such as credit cards, bank accounts etc can take a few business days to process the refund.
